First Southwest Properties Management Company is a diversified real estate investment firm established by Waymon Levell in 1974. Mr. Levell has been an active real estate developer/investor with developments in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Amarillo, Waxahachie, Cleburne, Lubbock, Gainesville, Bonham, Belton, Waco, Longview and South Padre, Texas, as well as Memphis, Tennessee.
These developments have included apartment communities, office buildings, medical facilities, shopping centers, day care centers, free standing retail buildings, commercial land developments and single-family subdivisions.
In the most recent years, Mr. Levell has concentrated his efforts in developing single-family subdivisions in the Metroplex, developing over 3,000 residential lots.
